Fairseat Farm Bathroom

2025

Chew Stoke

Nestled within a serene setting, the Fairseat Farm Bathroom seamlessly blends tranquility with functionality, offering both a luxurious guest experience and a personal retreat. Every element has been carefully considered to create a space that is elegant, timeless, and effortlessly inviting.

A stunning Fordham slipper bathtub, painted in Scree by Little Greene, takes centre stage, its angled placement perfectly positioned to capture breathtaking views of the Chew Valley. Complemented by BC Designs brushed gold taps, the bath provides an indulgent yet understated focal point, enhanced by Hoxton by Britton brushed brass accessories for a cohesive, refined look.

The spacious shower area is cleverly divided by a central wall, ensuring a distinct separation between the basin and wet areas while maintaining a sense of openness. A custom glass panel introduces natural light, preventing the shower from feeling enclosed, while an integrated recessed shelf offers practical storage for essentials. The design also discreetly conceals the WC, prioritising both style and privacy.

A rich yet balanced colour palette of Serpentine green and muted Morris Pure North Brer Rabbit wallpaper sets a calming tone, complemented by tactile finishes that enhance the room’s warmth and depth. The Deline radiator in Inox finish not only provides ample towel space but also contributes to the room’s understated luxury. Thoughtful lighting choices, including the Millie light by Astro in matte black and a Sensio Nebular mirror in brushed brass with integrated demister, further elevate the ambiance with a soft, atmospheric glow.

Designed to harmonise practicality with indulgence, the Fairseat Farm Bathroom transforms a compact space into a refined sanctuary—earning its place as a standout finalist in this year’s KBB Review Bathroom Designer of the Year Awards.
